Common Training Policy

Objective

The objective of the Common Training Policy is to enhance the utilization rate of training resources and enhance the effectiveness of examiner training by sharing information on each office's training courses and training content and by fostering mutual benchmarking of best training practices.

Contribution to Work Sharing

The trust among the five offices with regard to the mutual utilization of examination results will be enhanced by highlighting and, where appropriate, benchmarking the merits of each office's training courses,

The sharing and utilization of each office's examiner training courses and content should minimize non systematic discrepancies in the decisions of examiners, thereby facilitating the mutual utilization of examination results.
